Miss Li has over 8 years of building services (mechanical) system design experience at Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore for Infrastructural, Hotel, Service Apartments, Office, Theatre, Convention Centre, Retail and Casino projects. Specialized in mechanical system, including heating ventilation / air conditioning (HVAC) system, environmental control system (ECS) for international infrastructure, transit railway, commercial development projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. She obtained the chartership from Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) in 2013 and is now a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).

Miss Li acts as the BS team coordinator responsible for the layout planning and to liaise with in-house design team, architect, structural engineer to come up with design solution and agree the design approach with the client. Responsible for the tendering preparation including drawing and specification preparation and review process and involves in project management on the project delivery and cost control. She is also responsible for the site coordination with the Contractor and the submission approval.
