Rachel Jaclin

My name is Rachel Jaclin and I am the Community Relations Coordinator for Real Salt Lake and the Utah Royals. I recently graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in communications. I believe that one of the most important aspects of working in an office space is having strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships. My experiences as a Community Relations Intern for the Sixers and as a Manager for the Women's Basketball team at UMD, as well as the classes I take for my major, have given me strong communication skills. One of my biggest passions have always been sports. My enthusiasm for sports has led me to becoming a manager for the UMD Women's Basketball team, interning for the Sixers, being a runner for the 2021 MLB all star game and working as the Community Relations Coordinator for Real Salt Lake. As Community Relations Coordinator, I collaborate with the Director of Community and Player Engagement to manage and execute all community programs and events. I am also extremely passionate about marketing, social media, community relations and traveling. I am extremely organized and I can manage my time well. As a manager for the women's basketball team, I traveled with the team and I attended practice daily, so I learned to balance my schoolwork with my busy schedule, as well as making time for extracurriculars and time for myself.
