-Write wastewater permits, compliance agreements, and orders, and authorizations to construct -Conduct inspections of assigned permitted industries and aiding industries to stay in compliance -Analyze and enter data from assigned industries, while partaking in ongoing investigations -Perform Industrial Wastewater Survey to ensure the list of industrial users is up to date -Proficient in local, state, and federal pretreatment regulations -Current member of the North Carolina Pretreatment Consortium and NC American Waterworks Association -Attended North Carolina Pretreatment School Grades 1-3 and Wastewater Collections 1 School -Arts & Science Council Member, NC Pretreatment Consortium Conference Planning Committee, 2019 Environmental Excellence Awards Coordinator

-Track, review and evaluate compliance monitoring reports and certifications from air pollution sources -Maintain reports and certification tracking databases -Coordinate and communicate with appropriate staff as needed in compliance determinations -Provide compliance assistance to facilities when appropriate -Make referrals to enforcement when necessary -Respond to inquiries concerning reporting and certification requirements -Member of Strategic Planning Committee

Achieved Master of Environmental Assessment whilst working full time with Charlotte Water. Completed program in 3 years. Completed Professional Project titled "A comparative analysis of lethal and non-lethal fish sampling techniques".
