About
Healthcare | Nursing Leadership I am an experienced Adult Nurse, qualifying with a degree in Nursing from Glasgow Caledonian University (2018). My background spans community nursing, intensive care, clinical assessment, agency work, and specialist palliative care. I currently continue to work as an agency nurse, ensuring my practice remains clinically current and hands-on. Most recently, I held the dual role of Clinical Lead and Deputy Home Manager at Oakminster Healthcare Ltd, where I supported both clinical governance and operational management within a complex care home environment. My responsibilities included leading nursing teams, supporting staff development, managing rotas and resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and CQC standards while maintaining high standards of safe, person-centred care. Alongside leadership roles, I continue to work across a variety of care settings as an agency nurse, supporting individuals with complex needs, including advanced dementia care, palliative and end-of-life care, and working with adults under 65 with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. This balance of leadership and frontline practice has shaped a calm, adaptable, and compassionate leadership style. Clinical expertise includes: PEG, NG and NJ feeding and medication administration; catheterisation; tracheostomy and ventilation care; venepuncture; syringe driver management; and specialist palliative care. ⸻ Property Investment | Portfolio Strategy & Design Alongside my healthcare career, I am a Director at TD Property Partners, supporting working professionals to build tailored property portfolios aligned with their investment goals. My role combines strategic portfolio development with a passion for interior design and space optimisation, creating distinctive, functional spaces that maximise both value and appeal.
