• Supervise all maintenance for over 700 units in the Long Beach area • Perform inspections of newly vacated units, schedule all work needed to be done to achieve rent- ready condition • Perform annual inspections for all units and properties, checking for smoke detectors, plumbing issues, safety or habitability concerns, etc. • Process applications, helping to ensure maximum occupancy • Show vacancies to prospective tenants as needed • Post notices for late rent payments, notice to enter, termination of lease notice, etc. • Perform lease signing orientations for new tenants as needed • Work directly with property owners to ensure buildings are up to standard and performing well financially • Experience with AppFolio Software

• Direct assistant to the owner of the company • Execute weekly email marketing blast • Create / manage shared calendars for teams and ticket links for all shows • Oversee guest entry to weekly events • Accounting for weekly events • Arrange artist transportation to/from hotels/venues and fulfill artist's riders • Daily social media marketing

• Check guests in and out of hotel and answer any questions regarding the area / Disneyland • High volume reservations and phones • Perform walk-throughs of the grounds to make sure everything is up to standard • Arrange / coordinate guests into specific rooms based on arrival time using PBX

Assist vet techs with blood draws, medications, vaccinations, x-rays, IV's, nail trims, anal glad expressions, and anything else needed Observe surgeries Care for boarded pets - feeding, walks, etc Walk dogs and supervise group playtime Bathe dogs as needed Clean kennels
