I took inbound calls for a variety of hotels and vacation rental companies. I made reservations and explained policies and procedures to guests.

* Event Guide: * Creates smooth experience of private event guests * Remains accessible to park guests during day-to-day operations * o Operations include daily SuperStar Parade and Early Park Admission for on-site hotel guests * Ensures guest safety and proper procedures during annual events * o Events include Mardi Gras, Halloween Horror Nights, Macy’s Holiday Parade, Grad Bash * Event Guide - Trainer: * Trains new team members over a three-day period * Trains new trainers * Organizes and updates training materials * Rentals Attendant: * Provides rental wheelchairs and strollers to park guests * o Completes legal contracts and proper cash handling procedures to ensure smooth guest experience * Practices upselling procedures and pushes sales in other minor items (such as lanyards and dining plans) * Maintains cleanliness and functionality of all strollers and wheelchairs

I take calls from timeshare owners to help make reservations, explain policies and best practices, and get owners on vacation.
