* Reporting to the Operation Manager, I was responsible for handle tasks related to operations & maintenance of Ericsson BSC (Base Station Controller). Key achievements * Managed Ericsson’s team for BSC implementation and successfully completed the project within deadlines. * Achieved launch of 2 remote BSC within 2 days. * Reporting to the Operation Senior Manager, I was responsible for the execution and project management of many network projects. This is executed according to the detailed project design produced by Planning & Engineering team and taking in consideration the specific requirements of the customer. Enhanced customer relations ship and managed his expectation. Key achievements * Improved networks’ KPIs by getting 0% out of service GSM sites in less than 2 months for the first time after 3 years from launching date. * Led a swap project for more than 400 sites from old BSC to new one Ericsson. * Developed and executed over 20 migration projects on core and radio networks.
