• Leading a team of company as well as contract employees which includes foreman and technicians. • Planning and carrying out day to day activities routine/ preventive maintenance, shutdown maintenance and reviewing maintenance schedule periodically. • Improving process reliability and Maintenance effectiveness by adopting the asset management and RCA techniques, performing Root cause analysis for the breakdowns. • Spare parts planning and inventory control to ensure availability of all critical spares . • Accountable for carrying out RCA and implementing CAPA and Horizontal Deployment. • Implementation of Kaizen and Capex and other improvement projects. • Tracking on equipment performance through MTTR, MTBF, PM/BD , Availability, Reliability, OEE. • Building Safety awareness within working crew , implement work system and ensure safety compliance in order to ensure adherence to safety policy and systems of the organization.

• Leading new projects which enhances plant productivity. • Improving Asset lifespan by implementing Asset Optimisation techniques. • Inventory tracking and Maintenance planning through SAP ( System Applications and Products)
