*Perform Vodafone network surveillance and first level fault acknowledgement, analysis & troubleshooting of all nodes via Temip, ENM, ano SMAX • Monitoring domains RAN, CME, CORE, TRANSPORT, APPLICATION, TRANSMISSION. • Login to nodes to perform initial level troubleshooting to get to the root cause of the issue • Ticket creation follows ups with teams till issue closing. • Check sites details using MAP to check neighbor sites for RF coverage issue. • Follow up the issue closely to meet the SLA • Creating daily and weekly reports.

-Conducted troubleshooting and resolved network connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal network performance. -Performed corrective maintenance on network sites in alignment with contractual KPI obligations. -Managed spare parts inventory and coordinated logistics, maintaining an up-to-date spare parts database. -Conducted RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) acceptance tests for new sites, ensuring compliance with telecommunications standards. -Applied strong knowledge of telecommunications best practices to maintain and improve network reliability.
