*Infrastructure Engineer for enterprise VMware ESX server virtualization infrastructure. *Maintained enterprise VMware vSphere 4.0 Server infrastructures with capacity for 2000 servers and approximately 400 ESX hosts across 7 VCenter environments. *Worked closely with Storage and Networking teams to ensure allocated SAN, NFS, ISCSI and networking infrastructure were met for POD implementations. Facilitated VMware farm designs to maintain successful deployment for the SAAS environments. *Provided Enterprise Enhanced File Transfer services using GlobalScape Enterprise. This included FTP, FTPS, SFTP, PGP and SSH encryption key rings. *Managed Citrix Xenapp 5.0 and Presentation Server 4.5 Farms including Citrix Access Gateway and Citrix Web Interface 5.0.

Support day to day Netware NDS, Active Directory and Exchange 2003 user account administration. Support desktop patch deployment, and management utilizing WSUS and Zen works application push technologies. Provide end user support, by utilizing Heat for ticket tracking. Support customers by utilizing desktop remote control technologies utilizing Zenworks, GotoAssist, and Citrix. Trouble-shoot, respond and resolve daily P1 escalations. Support our Citrix environment which consists of MFXPE and PS4.0. Responsible for packaging applications and application migration conversion. Maintain and create images for new hardware and deploy with Altiris, Ris, and Deploycenter technologies. In charge of product list and maintaining the hardware standards. •Maintain computer desktops and servers on a heterogeneous network which consisted of four major hospital sites and numerous satellite offices. Duties include technical and operational support for software and hardware in both 2nd and 3rd level tiers. Providing PXE support for imaging machines maintaining the workstation enviroment district wide.

•Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of insurance company's liability concerning property loss or damages. Interview or correspond with claimants. Inspection of the covered property which includes accurate measuring, detailed photographic documentation and determining the cause of loss. Analyze information gathered by investigation, and report findings and recommendations for claim settlement.
