With over 30 years of experience in the consumer durables and FMEG industries, I have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. I have successfully doubled the revenue in four years from ₹ 450 Cr to ₹ 1005 Cr with a CAGR of 25%, while maintaining a healthy EBIT of 9.5%. I have also established and expanded the modern and online trade channels, increasing their contribution to 40% of the revenue. Additionally, I have launched a premium range of mixer grinders, cookwares, and gas stoves that have helped sustain the market leadership position of Butterfly Gandhimathi.
