Emerson Innovation Center - Managing Emerson Innovation Center Operations at Pune. ~1000+ people Center supporting 30 Business units across Emerson -Doubled the Center’s size in 2 years; Expanded Lab capacity significantly -Business Model - Centers of Excellence (Shared Pool) model to address the requirement of project based work. -Talent Management Group (temporary resource) - proactive hiring. -Helped Business Units to move work to EIC from Third party vendors through use of shared model resulting in ~$250K savings and protect IP -Focus on Cost Control and reduction helped maintain/reduce overall cost to Business Units for 3 Years. -Successfully led Two Profit reviews. Identified $6.2M / 19.7% best cost action thru 2016 -$600K Savings by leveraging Data center infrastructure for Emerson India entities -Involved personally in developing “Supervisory Effectiveness” program and have trained over 60 supervisors/Managers

Design and development of On-Highway Automatic Transmission for 16T vehicle - Member of project team involved in design and development of Automatic Transmission for On-Highway Trucks. The project consisted of development of transmission concept, detailed engineering of components, testing (both test bench and field trials). Extensively involved in field testing and data collection. -Led development of Electronic controls for On-Highway transmission. -Leader of QS9000 team for implementation of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP)

Design and continuous development of standard range of products Geared couplings, geared spindles, Torque tubes, Torque limitors etc.
