· Manage a combined annual productive spend of $51.8 million USD for three production locations across North America. · Achieved 4.6% productivity across all three production locations in 2016. · Responsible for driving, managing and implementing commodity strategy for production material at the plant level · Collaborate with cross functional global teams to manage and execute projects that provide productivity and cost savings through negotiation, change of supplier, re-balancing and/or Quality Value Engineering efforts with in the supply base. · Facilitated and lead two Quality Value Engineering workshops, resulting in $2.2 MM in savings ideas across two product lines. · Responsible for monitoring material price trends and raw material indexes to provide an accurate forecast and insure productivity and cost savings goals are met.

• Assigned Buyer for Wire, Chemicals, Machined Parts, Barriers, Plating, Fuses, Packaging, MRO, Labels, Tooling/Capital Equipment and Hardware commodities for three designated facilities • Designated Power Buyer for assigned facilities • Perform negotiations, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and overall cost reduction projects for assigned commodities • Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, trainings and metrics • Analyze industry trends and market competitions to develop business improvement initiatives • Develop innovative approaches to improve procurement process effectiveness and explore logistical solutions • Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Expedite Requests and Material Replenishment • Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance and relations • Resolve invoicing discrepancies for blocked and past due invoices

• Analyze and evaluate both historical and projected property operations. • Evaluate the credit worthiness and management capabilities of a borrower/guarantor for commercial lenders in the U.S under Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac FHA and CMBS guidelines. • Collaborated with colleagues to underwrite over $1 billion in assets in the commercial lending market.
