Glass Egg Digital Media is an art production facility and a game developer/publisher with more than 20 years of experience in the games industry. My primary responsibilities as a Project Manager here include managing a project across multiple game team disciplines as well as communicate with client to create an AAA game, including but not limited to: - Manage multiple projects from end-to-end and achieve the project scheduled goals - Communicate tightly and effectively with international clients regarding projects's schedule, Q&A, quotations, etc. - Work with Artists, Art Managers and Technical Managers to create milestones schedule - Create, manage and execute project plan and maintain the project schedule, ensure teams are on track with their deliverables. - Work on various stages of projects to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality. - Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development. - Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution

- Built implementation plan for each production season: development timeline, budget management - Supported with operation and logistics if any during samples development and mass production phase - Kept track of new production samples - Worked closely with Marketing Department to promote monthly new arrivals and special collections - Worked with external partners regarding contract renew/ negotiation, logistics - Worked on other projects assigned by Operations Director

- Conducted market research on lifestyle management & loyalty program; created proposal and marketing documents; - Identified potential leads and built suppliers pipeline in accordance with department’s benchmarks; - Contacted potential leads via email, cold callings, ect. to establish rapport and set up meetings; - Negotiated offers & partnership agreements; - Attended conferences, meetings, industry events; - Conducted weekly reports to monitor the efficiency and working process; - Provided information and finalized partnership documents; drafted contract and prepared for contract signing.

- Managed social media pages; created contents and marketing materials for Echelon Vietnam 2016 project; - Liaised with business partners (press and logistics suppliers such as F&B and printing) to best manage budget and ensure all work delivered on time; - Worked closely with an international team (e27 Singapore) and coordinated with other departments regarding the project.
