Follow up the project and be responsible for developing visual software including vision and PLC Mitsubishi communication process, image processing, and material inspection. Follow up the requirements of each customer and make camera CPK including camera accuracy, camera repeatability, and accuracy. Improve PLC, optimize action process, cycle time. Responsible for the joint development and debugging of 3D Cognex camera using C# and Vision Pro. (Measure the volume of dispensing with an accuracy of range 13%). - Use C# and Halcon to jointly develop and debug Mitsubishi Robot for alignment. After the product is loaded and positioned, the gripper product goes to the camera below to take a picture and position it, and then put it into the test fixture. Scan the QR code of the product, and combine the QR code and the product information to upload this information to the customer system. - Responsible for combining the virtual serial port and the actual serial port, such as uploading data with the software of the user unit, connecting with the light source controller and controlling the light intensity, connecting with the electric screwdriver controller, reading the data of the electric batch, torque information. Connect with the barcode scanner, start scanning and reading code information. - Responsible for writing the main control data collection and statistical software. Responsible for programming TCP protocol with PLC communication, reading and writing PLC variables. - From December 2024 to now, continue to follow up this project in Vietnam. Follow up and expand the assembly automatic line to the second line. - Have experience with equipment including automatic screw locking machine, assembly iron cover and laminating machine, check AOI 2D (measurement area accuracy of range 8%), bind product information and product QR code, and upload data to customer software. - Discuss with Chinese visual engineers the selection of light source type, camera type, lens, etc. . - Communicate with the original manufacturer of the electric screwdriver to understand the functions of the electric screwdriver. If you encounter problems with the electric screwdriver, I can communicate with the original manufacturer to solve the problem. - Responsible for answering questions from on-site technicians and customer, and writing software operating instructions.
