Recruitment: - Candidate sourcing and management - Initial interview all positions - Follow up all the requests to fulfil the vacancies - Use persuasive ability to sell the job (base on key skills) to the applicant, and the applicant to the client - Be involved in salary package negotiation, communicate all requirements of the job to the applicants - Conduct reference checks - Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to ensure loyalty - Database management Training organization - Coordinating and organzing training programs in HCMC. HR General Services - In charge of Admin tasks in HCM office, including event organization, CSR, daily admin tasks… - Other tasks as assigned.

- In charge end to end process for all opening positions - Keep the connection with universities for future recruitment cooperation - Participate in Job fairs and host in-house recruitment events - Conduct orientation training for new hire - Update candidate database and recruitment report weekly - Support other HR jobs as assigned - Employee Relations - Learn employee’s expectation regarding motivation, working environment, company policy and career path - Consult BoM about above issues

- Search and negotiate with customers to use Recruitment service of our company - Answer and resolve the inquires of the customers via email, phone or in personal - Searching, filtering candidates - Screen interviews - Investigation of references of applicants - Validation report of each candidate - Background check - Salary verification & education qualification check - Manage candidates and customers information - Make contracts
