I am a researcher at Shanghai AI Lab. Before that, I was a senior NLP algorithm researcher at the Language & Speech Innovation Lab at Huawei Cloud. My research interests include Model architecture (e.g., MoE) and Multimodal reasoning (e.g., think with image/video). I have published more than 50 papers at important conferences and journals, e.g., NeurIPS, ICML.
