Enterprise Architecture Testing - includes all aspects of software testing and acceptance Enterprise Information Management - To drive the development and implementation of the MTN SA Business intelligence strategy ensuring alignment between organisational goals, objectives and business intelligence Project Management Office - Management of project office and related functions to ensure delivery of all software related projects Compliance management - Create and manage a framework to ensure compliance to relevant corporate and IT governance and quality standards (incl. ISO) ERP - Operational management and development of the end to end ERP solution

To drive the development and implementation of the MTN SA Business intelligence strategy ensuring alignment between organisational goals and objectives and business intelligence

To create strategic capacity with regards to strategic financial planning and modeling, reporting and Pricing.

Primarily responsible for the management of cross divisional projects within MTN South Africa.

Main responsibility was to define MTN SA's business architecture from a functional as well as a process perspective. Job also included the definition of the process modeling tools and methodologies that supports the tool. ARIS was used as the process repository. Also reporting into this function was User Acceptance Testing and the Project Office. The Project Office was a support function to the various programme areas within MTN. Main tool used was Microsoft EPMS as well as Business Objects for portfolio reporting.
