• Adjust apertures, shutter speeds, and camera focus based on a combination of factors such as lighting, field depth, subject motion, film type, and film speed. • Create artificial light, using flashes and reflectors. • Determine project goals, locations, and equipment needs by studying assignments and consulting with clients or advertising staff.

• Manage fleet by forecasting upcoming weeks and determining if our branch needs to acquire or remove vehicles to maximize profits • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. • Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. • Assign employees to specific duties.

• Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas. • Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and incurred operating expenses. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties.

• Determine and certify the eligibility of prospective tenants, following government regulations. • Market vacant space to prospective tenants through leasing agents, advertising, or other methods. • Review rents to ensure that they are in line with rental markets.
