Co-founded and built the IT foundation of this ISP from scratch. We've grown to 45,000+ customers across 20 cities in Mexico, 300+ employees. What I built and still manage: - 50+ virtualized servers (private cloud with automated monitoring, backups, replication) - 50+ internal applications (billing, CRM, support, operations) - BI dashboards used daily by CEO, board, and all operational areas - AI systems: churn prediction, fraud detection, customer risk scoring, lead generation, RAG agents, automated collections - Digital marketing strategies and customer lifecycle automation - Video streaming platform, Android TV apps, mobile apps I lead IT, Marketing, and Customer Experience. I report directly to the CEO and work with all department heads.

Founded and ran this custom software company for 5 years. We did enterprise projects for banks (BBVA, Global Bank), insurance companies, government (Mexico's SAT), and other large organizations in Mexico, Peru, Panama, and Colombia. US branch: SOA Software LLC. About 15 engineers currently. I moved to an advisory role in 2015 when I co-founded ENI Networks. The company still operates and serves clients in the United States and Latin America.

★ Provide hands-on management of this technological startup dedicated to using drones and air, land and water advanced devices, both autonomous and manual, focused on providing the following services: ✔ Georeferenced aerial photography and video for mapping and conversion of two-dimensional surfaces into a three-dimensional space (orthomaps). ✔ Study of soils and crops by aerial photography, aerial infrared cameras (NDVI) and ground sensors. ✔ Video and aerial photography involving areas of difficult access aimed at mining and construction companies.

★ Carried out the testing of concept and technologies surrounding SOA/BPM while maintaining proper order of execution on all related projects. ★ Managed the development and training of a team of seven people, instilling in them the standards and best practices in the development of solutions in all areas (CCM, Portal, SOA, BPM, Security). ★ Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills when forming relationships and interacting with customers and partners (IBM). ★ Designed and developed customized business tools for the company’s various offices in Latin America encompassing Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Peru and Brazil. ★ Consistently delivered top-level technical support for the process of developing proposals and validation of solutions in addition to supporting architectural design projects in progress and pre-sale of new solutions. ★ Served as a guide offering validation in technological and architectural matters in the various projects the company was undertaking with its clients.

★ Closely monitored portal administrator agents while providing second-level support to MQ Series. ★ Designed and established service levels and performance metrics for services performed by IBM of Mexico to ING.

★ Launched the IT Architecture Committee with a goal of aligning proposed solutions and projects with the technological standards of the company. ★ Developed and optimized business applications and templates responsible for automatically producing the documents sent to customers including policies, invoices, receipts and notes of commission.
