- Installing, qualifying, and putting into operation the Assembly and Finish equipment and process. - Implementing the process control systems and monitoring the process to detect signals and maintain it within control, so no safety or quality incident occurs, and performance targets are met. - Monitoring equipment and process indicators to reduce process variability. - Defining maintenance procedures, training manufacturing technicians and partnering with Mfg to maintain the equipment with the highest standards. Will use High Precision Maintenance methods to execute and improve preventive maintenance of the equipment. Provide basic and advanced troubleshooting to manufacturing equipment including corrective and preventive maintenance. - Coordinating, implementing, and developing equipment and process improvements regarding safety, quality, and efficiency. Will use lean rules, principles, and methods to determine improvement opportunities and develop solutions. Will resolve process problems by applying structured problem methodologies (Model Based Problem Solving, Lean and Statistics). - Module critical success indicators and collaborating with other engineering functions in Mfg. process and systems improvements. Owns processing or handling equipment specification - Continuous improvement to improve equipment performance to meet Yield, Safety, Quality, indicators' goal to support Intel products ramp. - Perform detail investigation and problem solving data analysis to ensure equipment / tool is up and ready to support production. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead a small team of workers to support factory tool and equipment install to meet critical schedule. - Leading a team as Process Specialist to perform daily task to support factory such as disposition lot. - RIL Expert (Rapid Integrated LEAN) and leading/coaching some improvement projects also delivering LEAN method to the team.

- More experience in control and operate assembly processes (such as solder paste printing process, soldering process, cleaning process ...) to ensure that all process work smoothly and efficiently - Ability to qualify new product, process or equipments, tooling - Ability to work with Vendor to fix technical issues on input material - Have more experience in problem solving and team work skill - Good knowledge in statical tool such as SPC and Minitab - Finished a Lean Sig Sixma project increasing FPY of product with responsibility as team leader - Ability to work on high pressure environment and manage multiple tasks - And a lot of other skills we're accumulated during work such as PFMEA, PVC, 8D, ECO ...
