- Production control & planning: • Oversee entire order lifecycle across hardlines (furniture, candle,...) and textiles (apparel, plastic bag, home textile) —from order placement to final shipment. • Manage vendors across South East Asia, ensuring timely production through critical path management and status tracking. • Conduct capacity planning and validation to ensure supplier feasibility during order allocation • Maintain Time and Action (TNA) calendars with regional teams in Hong Kong,. Lead weekly milestone reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions. • Act as liaison between internal departments and external partners to resolve bottlenecks and streamline production. • Monitor sample submissions to ensure buyer alignment and adherence to timelines. • Coordinate inspections and logistics to meet shipment schedules and delivery requirements. - Vendor management: • Guide vendors in developing efficient production plans that meet delivery and quality standards.. • Train new vendors on SOPs, TNA management, and production planning best practices. • Track vendor KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending order reallocations to ensure smooth operations. • Collaborate with QA and regional teams (HK/Singapore) to accelerate decisions and reduce lead times. • Promote continuous improvement by mentoring vendors and colleagues on SOPs, timelines, and risk mitigation

- Production control: • Identify and solve production constraints & arising issues at all production steps from material preparation, in-line production to packaging • Arrange weekly meeting with vendors to review their production situation (capacity, output, arising issues, production constraints,...) • Follow up with US team and vendors to ensure quantity updated on Ashley system reflects actual production schedule of vendors • Weekly review shipment performance with vendors and provide analysis for further improvements - Production planning: • Coordinate with US team to check & confirm production orders for vendors according to Ashley current demand, future forecast and inventory of vendors • Review the internal production plan with vendors to ensure high production efficiency and on-time shipment - Compliance: • Collaborate with Compliance & Engineer team to ensure regulatory documents uploaded by vendors on Ashley system comply with Ashley requirements

- Sourcing new suppliers of textile materials (fabric, garment accessories) for IKEA backpack and furniture products: • Get quotation and negotiate price (if needed) • Manage sample progress from development stage to bulk production • Coordinate with QA department to carry out internal test and test at the nominated lab of IKEA client • Visit factories of suppliers in order to evaluate their quality control procedure • Sign contract and negotiate contract terms (if needed) - Costing: follow the market trend and implement cost-saving plans to meet cost targets set by IKEA client - Delivery: follow delivery plan of materials with Purchasing team to ensure production schedule of factory - Quality: support QA team to solve material claims of suppliers - Supplier management: • Quarterly review the performance of suppliers • Annually visit factories of suppliers to evaluate their quality control procedure • Arrange meeting with suppliers each six months for business discussions
