Forecast cost variations for the next three months (R3), assess potential cost-influencing factors, and develop optimal response strategies. 3. Allocate and optimize costs based on different production stages (SMT, DIP, FA) and models to enhance resource utilization efficiency. 4. Track and analyze department-wise costs and human resource allocation monthly to ensure rational resource utilization. 5. Establish and monitor KPIs for each department to ensure operational performance meets targets and continuously improves. 6. Leverage Power BI to digitize factory cost reports, human resource data, and related analyses, enhancing data visualization and decision-making efficiency.

Lead Digital Transformation Projects (Power BI, RPA, Minitab, VBA): In the development and deployment of digital projects, including Power BI, RPA, Minitab, VBA, to enhance operational efficiency and improve data analysis accuracy. 2. Promote Digital Adoption in WVN (Wistron Vietnam): Drive and facilitate the adoption of digital tools across WVN (Wistron Vietnam), optimizing workflows and improving overall operational performance. 3. Develop Digital Talents & Conduct Internal Training: Organize and conduct internal digital training programs to enhance employees' proficiency in digital tools and technologies, fostering a highly skilled and professional workforce. 4. Optimize Workflow & Drive Business Automation: Develop and implement workflow improvements, reducing manual tasks and promoting automation in operations and reporting to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. 5. Plan & Organize Corporate Digital Transformation Initiatives: Plan and organize corporate digital transformation initiatives to foster an innovative and technology-driven work environment.
