- Using QuickBooks to prepare quarterly as well as annual balance sheets for reviews. - Reconciles different client banks and credit card accounts each month. - Input data to accounts payable and accounts receivable on QuickBooks. - Creates and maintains the company website and being put in charge of assigning prices to items. - Performs debit, credit, and totals on computer spreadsheets from vendors as well as customers on a daily basis, using Excel. - Records check numbers and amounts in the daily bank files for all checks written, canceled, or for which stop payments have been placed to ensure correct balances daily. - Answers phones and solving customers' queries. - Scans and fills all paper documents into the office network. - Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory. - Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages. - Designs sale tags, flyers, catalog to attract customers by using Photoshop and InDesign.

- Posting of premium receipts for various offices. - Reconciling and processing of insurance company commission statements. - Posting of agency commission receipts. - Interaction with insurance companies and brokers to address and resolve discrepancies. - Assist with the payment of commissions to agents. - Perform any special tasks assigned by the Financial Controller or Accounting Manager.

- Working with the CA SLA (Surplus Lines Filings for The State of California) data processors. - Verifies entered policy number and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, and reentering data; combining data from policy and binder files when information is incomplete and reporting needed changes. - Uploading the declarations page or binder to complete missing documentations. - Recalculate and make sure the tax will be corrected. - Identifying issues. - Processing in a format. - Getting information applied in a timely manner. - Mathematical skills. - Knowledge of codes, time format, processing multiple carriers and multiple states. - Knowledge of admitted carriers. - Responding to tags or compliance.

- Determines content and assembles data in order to prepare monthly reports for review. - Keeping accurate records of funds that go in and out of the company. - Process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, customer’s billings, employee hours, cash receipts according to instructions. - Response and send out emails to clients.
