* Testing performance responsibility • Manage and promote the in-house lab accreditation program with the footwear factories and materials suppliers. => In total, 6 footwear factory labs, 2 bag labs and nearly 60 materials supplier labs. => Assist the factories or suppliers’ in-house laboratories to be well controlled in quality system and operate the method correctly applied. => Assess supplier labs in Asia network following Dr.Martens requirements and SATRA standard. Follow up and drive suitable corrective actions and support the overall improvement initiatives. • Maintain and implement the Dr. Martens brand performance testing manual by working directly with the factories, suppliers. • Focus on materials & footwear quality and testing support. • Participate in training initiatives with factories and suppliers. Support the efficient management of all performance testing activities. • Work with SATRA labs in England and UK to develop two internal testing methods specifically applied for DM shoes (bonding test & buckle fatigue test). • Follow and review physical testing performance by season to verify that DM standards for raw materials and finished shoes/bags are met. • Communicate with third party labs (Intertek, SGS-HCM) to ensure on time delivery and service quality. • Communication support between factories and testing providers with regards to testing & compliance requirements. * RSL implementation responsibility • Control and follow chemical management in production line of T1 by season. Review SDS documents and testing reports of all chemicals in factories production following DM requirements. • Perform RSL audit with all T1 suppliers and key T2 suppliers. • Follow up and propose sustainable corrective actions to improve the factory's chemical management system.

* Garment Lab Test Leader (08/2018 – 01/2020) • Perform and manage Garment test methods. • Internal instructor (test methods, reporting system). • Lead Supplier Lab Autonomy (SLA) project for garment key suppliers. * Accessories and Upper component Lab Test Leader - Candidate Auditor & Instructor (07/2021 – Now) • Perform lab assessment • Manage test requests for development, quality control and quality problems • Launch new tests in local network • Manage the local lab network • Ensure the reliability of test results locally • Supplier Lab Autonomy (SLA) project local relay and project leader • Develop test method (Shoe bonding) with Head quarter lab (production line on-site). => Successfully activated a new method for upper materials. • Ensure lab operation (mainly in Human & Consumables parts). • Instructor: Lab methods, lab audit grids and Developing communication skills.

• Teaching primary students in innovation class about robotics, coding and engineering. • Prepare lesson plan, educational sources and teaching materials. • Organize demo classes, workshops and events to introduce STEM education and enroll new students. * Achievement: 90% students re-enrolled with good feedbacks.
