I am an experienced CQC Hegistered Healthcare Manager and a business owner. I have been working in care sector since 2008, and through work, I have gained knowledge and skills to manage and commission care settings. Over the years, I have managed different care setting ranging from day centre for individual with learning disability, residential support living, residential care home to nursing home supporting service users in a person-centred way. I have worked with people with dementia, mental health issues, Down’s syndrome, autism spectrum and individuals with challenging behaviour. I have gained knowledge through different training and continue to improve my personal development plan. I also continue to develop personally and professionally through various training and work experience to understand the business sector and the healthcare sector. I am currently studying a Business management at Solent university. I am also a registered manager of a Hippo Care Limited. I am a business owner; I am the managing director of Hippo Care Limited. I believe I am a very patient and calm individual with ability to adapt and deal with situation as they arise. I am also fluent in English, Guin, Ewe, French and Polish.
