Quadeera Teart is known as "the Power", The Brand Engineer for women's products and services. She teaches entrepreneurs and business owners how to effectively market to women using multiple media platforms. Quadeera has been featured at over 75 women's conferences and workshops, is the host of the Your Power Revealed podcast and interview series, as well as the host of Q's Corner a national radio segment on The Business Spot. Because of her passion for entrepreneurship and women, Q founded an annual conference, UnWork My Life, teaching women how to take the entrepreneurial leap. Thus far, her work has been supported by the Clinton Global Foundation, Miami Dade College, AARP, and Microsoft, and she currently serves as a coach and brand consultant alongside other dynamic business experts at Digital Grass, an organization focused on bringing diversity and inclusion to innovation and technology.
