• Main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders • Interfacing with customers, vendors and other related third parties to handle a variety of customer service functions • Working with sales and finance team to resolve various customer issues i.e. on payment issues and follow up on payment and credit release • Process sales orders; determine the delivery schedules, verifying product pricing and coordinating schedule changes • Perform order follow up and provide status on pending orders to customers in a timely manner • Perform shipment coordination with suppliers, vendors and 3PL and customers; and handle any shipment issues • Provide packing list and invoice with other required documents for export shipment. • Monitor backlog for on-time delivery and expedite if required • Post sale client management and ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved • Proficient in RMA process

Manage quote to order of SEA customer's PO and ensuring on-time delivery as well as invoicing. • Process sales order • Investigating customers' queries to ensure timely responses to their requests • Proficient in RMA process for replacements, repairs and credit returns
