● Mainly participated in the production of IPO financial papers of science and technology innovation board enterprises, independently collating and checked documents including related party transactions, governmental subsidy, constant return, and financial flow. ● Coordinated with clients, ten transaction related parties of enterprises, accountants and lawyers; collected and organized relevant information for specific topics such as industry supply and demand information. ● Sorted out industrial and commercial archives and participated in due diligence interviews; assisted in project contracting at the early stage and participated in the drafting of project bidding documents, IPO plans and refinancing plans. ● Involved in editing several important documents, including prospectus, financing recommendation, application review documents, working papers, issuance materials. ● Used network programs to quickly obtain industry and company information, record and sort out all kinds of documents and key points of making bond materials for subsequent reference.

● Prepared project report: basic situation, business and technology, organizational structure and internal control, annual distribution and financing investigation. ● Customer data analysis: assisted investment consultants in research report analysis, used various data models to review financial products, and communicated with fund managers. ● Analyzed the financial indicators of the parent company and acquired company, such as the financial scale, the profitability, the sustainable development and other indexes, and compared with other comparable companies, and confirmed to use the income method for prospectus preparation. ● Assisted to file the project papers; clarified the company’s independence and related transactions by analyzing similar cases and regulations; colleced, collated and checked the accounts receivable and payable details of upstream and downstream enterprises and company’s bank statement.
