I was entrusted to serve as a key Corporate Development (CD) strategist and advisor on HR and IT matters. I led both HR and IT to to drive a unified 'Employee Experience' strategy. My focus was on repositioning and delivering on our employee value proposition to ensure we weren’t just hiring talent but creating an environment where they could do their best work. By leveraging data analytics to personalize our HR initiatives, I was able to reduce attrition from 31% to an all-time low of 3.7%. I also spearheaded our I&D action plans, which earned us the Enabling Mark Silver Award. I led implementation of the organisation’s employee value proposition to transform the organisation into a great workplace. I was entrusted to establish and implement HR policies and initiatives for corporate, line HR and Shared Services Centre in Singapore and the region. As a People Business Partner, I was responsible to provide strategic advice to business units on the full spectrum of HR matters as well as drive talent attraction, recruitment, development, retention, movement and termination.
