-Led end-to-end in-app/UI localisation and transcreation projects for Deliveroo across 7 markets (France, Italy, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Singapore), ensuring high-quality deliverables and market-specific relevance. -Coordinated with in-house and freelance vendors across multiple time zones to ensure on-time delivery and quality consistency. -Collaborated with product, design, and engineering teams to guarantee seamless feature launches tailored to local market needs. -Developed and maintained critical language assets, including style guides, glossaries, and translation memories, ensuring consistency and accuracy across projects. -Provided linguistic and cultural consultancy to internal teams, promoting localisation best practices and influencing product adaptations for local markets.

-Management of transcreation, translation, localisatio, and voice over production at all stages of the project cycle. -Liaising with external clients, freelance copywriters/linguists/voice over directors and internal contacts. -Conducting ‘in-depth’ to ‘surface level’ cultural and linguistic consultations across a variety of subjects. -Internal QC of multi-language copy and media. -Regular creation of cost estimates and budget management for varied language projects.

• Participated in creation of terminology entries for Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) term base and subsequent publication in WIPO Pearl. • Translated patent abstracts and patent examination documents. • Cooperated with other terminologists in terminology management system-(SDL Multiterm)
