Contributed to the company’s proprietary water pump patent application by drafting technical documentation. Assisted in the plan and execution of key projects, including water pump and water valve initiatives, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Participated in the thermocouple welding and cold plate assembly, gaining hands-on experience in precision manufacturing and tasks of quality control.

Assisted in the design and documentation of automated hydraulic jack systems for narrow-body aircraft, focusing on integrating pneumatic/hydraulic control circuits and safety lock mechanisms to improve reliability under variable environmental conditions. Conducted system testing and parameter validation of aircraft jacks, including load stability, pressure regulation, and automatic fail-safe controls, ensuring compliance with aviation equipment standards. Collaborated with engineers to optimize control workflows for lifting operations, analyzing fluid power diagrams and contributing to improved automation of pressure monitoring, safety interlocks, and fault-diagnosis routines within the hydraulic control system.
