• Assisted with documentation management and analysis, and data collection, analysis and visualisation:  Examined and input 15,000+ lines of information and data into our system;  Supported to carry out six sigma analysis with Minitab, identify the bottlenecks in our supply chain quality assurance and summary our findings and recommendations in the final annual report which gained high recognition from senior management of our US Headquarter; • Familiar with the purchase, supplier, transportation details and the advanced SPO management system of GE.

• Conducted inventory management in both the store and the warehouse, e.g. reception, inspection, delivery, etc.; • Practiced advanced supply chain management approaches such as Kaizen and 5S from the Japanese managers; • Supported the store organisation and product sales with top sales performance among all the interns; • Familiar with the category index and helped the customers find the target products quickly and precisely; • Planned and arranged the delivery of products in advance based on each product's sales performance; • Collaborated well with colleagues, and communicated smoothly with customers from various age groups and industries.
