Peng Qi is an accomplished AI researcher and leader with 10+ years of experience in natural language processing, machine learning, foundation models, and AI agents, currently leading AI research at Uniphore (through Orby AI acquisition). His work focuses on empowering users with organized and accessible knowledge, spanning tasks like complex question answering (e.g., HotpotQA and BeerQA), multilingual syntactic analysis (e.g., Stanza), and interactive agentic systems. Previously, Peng co-founded Amazon’s Q research team and held research roles at Amazon Web Services and JD.com AI Research.
