Worked on multiple integration projects using SSIS and Azure Data Factory. Extraction of data from multiple sources like API Calls (REST, SOAP), CSVs, Excel, FTPs, SFTPs, etc. Creating complex ETL packages and pipelines using SSIS and ADF to extract data from staging to DWH using incremental loads. Maintaining ETL Logging framework to capture logging information for each package being executed. Data population of Dimensional model (Star Schema) using stored procedures and SCD (Slowly Changing Dimensions) Developed, deployed, and monitored SSIS and ADF packages and pipelines respectively. Working with Azure Logic App to send out emails in case of failure or success of pipelines. Identified the field and column level data quality issues of the source systems to drive the data quality, data cleansing, and error checking in the ETL packages. Analyzed and performed Data mapping which involved identifying the source data fields, identifying target entities and their lookup table ids and translation rules. Using stored procedures to send out SQL Emails to notify any error that occurred with the scheduled Job. Use of service accounts to execute the package over the SQL Job agent. Meetings with clients to understand the sources and target environments. Use of script tasks and script components of SSIS to remove the third-party available components like Zappysys. Creation of Scheduled jobs on SQL Job Agent and monitoring the jobs results and executions. Developed an ETL Logging framework to capture the execution of each ETL package running on a schedule. Reporting progress and logging time into JIRA assigned stories, tasks, and sub-tasks. Working with the QA team when it comes to the ETL testing phase. Worked with our partnered resource Five9 in creating the integration with Call Logs and Speech Analytics reports for clients.

Use analytical skills to troubleshoot data problems surfaced through the reports as needed. Scheduled windows batch jobs and SQL jobs using SQL Server Job Agent. Handle tickets/issues affecting production and staging data on the web sites.

Creating of master schedule for the implementation of the Campus Management System(CMS) along with the functionalities of ERP. Setting timelines for critical and non-critical activities and identifying them. Identifying the major bottlenecks and finding their solutions. Making sure the HEC standards are met for Campus Management Smart Systems. Rigorous meetings with the vendors to find out what solutions being proposed. Ownership and understanding of the product being implemented. Identifying the change management requirements and making sure the system is reliable enough to handle any such required change. Software should be scale able.
