Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IFM Operation team and act as primary contact with TB-P&O for any project requirements. -Responsibilities: • Lead solving technical topics of Data Center facility kingdom wide. • Support IFM project review and execution • Ensure an efficient implementation of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and frequent preventive maintenance programs. • Ensure all maintenance activities carried out per the agreed vendor SLA. • Conduct continual technical assessment for power/cooling utilization and potential improvement. • Participate on business continuity and disaster recovery procedure. • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions. • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and practices for potential application in Mission Critical Facilities Environment.

APC Schneider (AMPS service unit Jun-2012 till April-2014): Lead the Services of AMPS in Central Area.
