- Brief Details of Work Experience:- - Responsible for all accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, revenue reorganization, general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, period closing activities, ensuring that department processes and procedures are appropriately followed. - Maintenance: Journal Entries, Cash Book, General and Personnel Ledger Posting, Stock Statements & Banking. - Reconciliation: Bank Statement of Accounts with our Bank account, Supplier Receivable with our Payable's & Customers Payable's with our Receivables. - Preparation of Financial Statement: Including income Statement, Balance Sheet & Trial Balance at the end of the accounting Period. - Preparation of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit and all other Bank related works. - Preparation of Employees benefits as per countries labor law. - Preparing of Annual Budget. - Maintain Staff Salary, Preparing of monthly Payroll and disbursing the same. - To maintain complete systematic records of Accounts - Collection of Receivables and deposits into bank. - Updating the Post-Dated Cheques and deposited into bank - Maintain Petty Cash Statements. - Keep a track on all bill payments. - Final Calculation of Gratuity, Leave Salary, Provision of Air Ticket & etc. - Verification as Audit Assistant. - All necessary correspondence with Sales & HR Department.
