I am working as a process engineer. Our production team produces complete carsets of door panels covered with natural leather, artificial leather or alcantara for worldwide known luxurious car manufacturer as a tier 1 supplier. I am responsible for the processes and creating/updating of related documentations for the production (work instructions, machine approval instructions, layout design, FMEA, root cause analysis) for all of the door panel production and 5 types of leather covered pillar covers production for the same carsets. As a member of the corss-function team (production leader, quality engineer, logistic planner, process engineer) our duty is to organize and supervise tests for recreating and solving technological failures and root cause analysis for all product claims from our customer.
