About
I'm a sixth generation distiller from Connemara and co-founder of Galway's first operating distillery in over 100 years. Along with my brother I represent Ireland’s longest unbroken family distilling tradition. We are champions of both Irish products and our native Irish language. We share a love of good food, fine spirits and hard work, coupled with an unwavering belief in the pursuit of excellence. At Micil we are first and foremost distillers, with a passion for crafting extraordinary spirits.
