* Drive operational efficiency & effectiveness at a group of warehouses by building processes which meet customer needs and new services to enhance operations. * Act as a lead for re-engineering; reset projects and engages in WMS implementation. * Assess layout optimization & efficient space utilization within the existing warehouses. * Analyze and recommend solutions to improve warehouse facilities & operations through qualitative and quantitative analysis of productivity, processes & systems. * Develop and sustain warehouse best practices. * Collaborate with warehouse management and logistics staff to assess work process, metrics and team performance to meet standards of operational excellence. * Utilize LEAN concepts to drive operational process efficiencies and effective use of WMS and other systems. * Support the development and analysis of standard operating procedures and work standards in conjunction with all warehouse and logistics processes. * Manage the effective & efficient use of WMS, Roadnet, JDE other systems. * Develop and conduct training on all processes, equipment and systems required for successful operations at the warehouse level. * Audit the warehouses for operational and system integrity and their use of established best practices as they relate to new and existing programs. * Manage all aspects of projects assigned to you including project plans, budgets, communication plans, cost/benefit analysis, identification of stakeholders, issues, risks, critical success factors, implementation, measuring and monitoring of results. * Make recommendations on programs to improve overall warehouse operations and support operational improvements to meet strategic cost, safety, training, quality and service goals. * Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis on warehouse metrics, processes/ systems and develop recommendations based on data and experience.

Conducting engineering studies to include data analysis, operational process development, and simulations. Enhance and refine the tools / methodologies used within the department. Coordinate with specific resources (software engineers, controls engineers, CAD / Simulation Engineers, etc.) to prepare proposals. Completion of several large simulation studies with companies such as Cleveland Clinic, Asian Paints, Garmin and H.E.B Groceries. Development of AutoCAD system design drawings. Site supervision during system implementations, testing and Go-live project phases. Training completion of Hytrol Conveyor Sales School, Hytrol Maintenance School and AutoMOD Simulation courses.

Decrease inventory levels by increasing frequency of delivery of components.
