PV Raghavacharyulu, better known as Raghu, comes with over 30 years of varied experience in building organizations especially in the client servicing zone for software and ITES. He was COO for IPISG division at First American India. Prior to that, he was head Strategic Ops (COO) for Banking and Financial Services (BPS) operations at Cognizant responsible for driving critical strategic initiatives for the businesses. He played a lead role in developing go-to-market strategies for the mortgage business. Other initiatives were cost and revenue optimization, knowledge management and career architecture. He moved to Cognizant when it acquired Indian operations of CoreLogic Global Services where he was working as Center Head, Hyderabad. Under his leadership, he grew the enterprise from 200 to 2500 FTE with processes across the Mortgage Value Chain. In his earlier assignments he was the CEO for technology and call center divisions of Visaka group. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director at Indo Infotech Ltd. For an organization to be successful he believes that excellence should be a habit and in order to achieve it Strategy, Innovation, Employee Engagement and Customer Delight are the four pillars. He has a master's in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is currently on Board of Advisors for Asian School of Business Management. Raghu is cued on fitness and enjoys a good game of Squash. He loves swimming and dancing is his favorite leisure activity.
