•Manage suppliers by developing improvement plans related to Response Time, Lean Targets, Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations. ▪ Serves as a liaison between Category buyer and Supplier to procure favorable contracts. ▪ Releasing RFQ to potential Suppliers (Both Domestic & Global Projects). ▪ Responsible for all purchase transactional activities like STMS, RFI, PR till PO. ▪ Responsible for Analyzing SQ’s of vendors techno- commercially & provide optimized results. ▪ Prepare and Circulate Market trend Commodity details which is helpful for negotiation. ▪ Worked on Price Change management with suppliers based on Surcharge mechanism. ▪ To provide Management Information System (MIS) Report to superiors on a weekly basis. ▪ Created Vendor Code for new and existing suppliers as a part of Supplier On boarding activity. ▪ Maintaining agreements with suppliers such as TBA, NDSA, Surcharge, Agility and Development. ▪ Hosted Daily PID in which we will brainstorm on Safety, People, Quality, Velocity and Cost in-order to fix the critical issues.

• Releasing Purchase Orders for Engine, Gearbox, Cabin, Bumper and AGB via SAP. ▪ Material procurement and Supply Chain Management for Engine, Gearbox, Auxiliary Gearbox and Cabin aggregates in accordance with MPS plan and releasing PO for Retrofits. ▪ Maintain Inventory based on supply plants lead time and sharing report to higher management. ▪ Rejection IUT aggregates to supply units for rectification through STPO/ OBD concept. ▪ Responsible for On-time shipment of IUT parts from plant. ▪ Collaboration with In-house supply chain to issue the aggregates based on FIFO method. ▪ Inventory management by JIT, KANBAN and Shipment tracking
