I guide our strategic direction, ensuring technical excellence and delivering cutting-edge wastewater treatment and resource recovery solutions. My role involves leading a team of experts to address complex challenges, strengthen client relationships, and promote Stantec’s thought leadership in wastewater. I bring a unique blend of academic research and practical experience. My work on advanced biological nutrient removal technologies, including AvN control and partial denitrification anammox (PdNA), low DO, and densification, has set a new benchmark in the industry. These innovations are paving the way for a more sustainable, efficient, and compact approach to nutrient management.
