I recently started working at Ask Resource & Consultancy in Gurgaon, Haryana, as a Tendering Manager. My position requires a high level of detail and organizational skills, as I am responsible for ensuring that our company's bids are competitive and meet client expectations. One of my new achievements in this role is implementing a more streamlined tendering process. By introducing new tools and techniques, I have reduced the turnaround time for preparing tenders, improving efficiency and team collaboration. Additionally, I have fostered strong relationships with vendors and clients, leading to a more robust network that benefits our tendering success rate.
