Coordination with various departments (Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Production, Legal, Quality Assurance, etc.) For development of Artwork of printed packing materials as per mandatory requirements Standard Layout, Packaging Machine requirements etc. New vendor development for Packaging Material like Pet Bottles, HDPE Bottles, Co-Ex Bottles, Aluminum Bottles, Laminated Tube, Aluminum Tube, Printed Laminate, Corrugated Box, Mono Cartons, Label, Packing Slip, Leaflet, Shrink sleeve, PP woven Bag, Etc. Packaging Development for new Products & Improvements in Existing Packing. Conducting plant Machinability trials and making necessary modifications in the packing materials wherever required. Identifying the criticalities / challenges in the project proactively and implementing corrective action. Ensuring that packaging products meet set requirements & specifications. Trouble shooting: - To resolve market complaints based on market feedback by rectification or modification in packaging system. Key Skills Efficient knowledge of Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Packing materials. Actively participate in new product development and initial commercialization to deliver packaging innovation strategy. Trial sample testing for new vendor development. Knowledge of Printing, Lamination, Slitting and pouch making process. To attend customer complaint and do root and cause analysis of complaint and provide CAPA. Maintain all system & record according to the ISO & BRC system. Internal & External Audit, Documentations & its implementation. Online inspection of technical data and monitoring. Adhering to ISO 9001:2015 & 22000:2005 for Food Safety, BRC Process standard, maintain relevant audit documentation and QMS record. Good knowledge of SAP & ERP System
