* Develop micro simulation models using VISSIM and CORSIM for freeway and local roadway networks utilizing HCS, Synchro, and state/county data for PDE&E/traffic studies and MOT operations. * Plan, develop, and evaluate traffic signal timing plans for isolated and coordinated systems for existing and future demand. * Review and write technical reports for interchange access request documents, traffic memorandums, and safety studies. * Collect traffic data from field to support traffic analysis and micro simulation models.

* Analyze and interpret engineering data and specifications * Coordinate payments to prime contractor thru SiteManager * Review contract certifications for monthly estimates * Log material testing samples thru LIMS * Track paid quantities and document in as-builts

* Plan, design and permit commercial developments. * Provide land development, site work, and utility design for site development. Project work includes grading, drainage, utility, storm water management, landscape and erosion control designs.

* Prepare and evaluate bids, submittals, RFIs and daily reports. Cost engineer trades. * Maintain technical files, CAD drawings and bidder lists. * Monitor daily construction activities and analyze project specifications; identify problems/issues, propose solutions. * Communicate daily with company president, project manager, superintendent, and subcontractors. * Procure material information, bids for construction equipment, and cranes. * Configure network for end-users by installing print servers, routers, and phone lines.
