I am a Molecular and Cell biologists. I have expertise in Cloning, DNA and RNA extraction, miRNA and mRNA qPCRs and RNAseq, western blotting, northern blotting, flow cytometry, siRNA transfections and cell culture, primary breast and lung cell isolation, animal handling, drug/antibody testing in animal models (subcutaneous and orthotopic). Apart from this I also have used various software programs such as GraphPad Prism, TRAFAC and rVISTA.
