Project S/4 HANA (Oil&Gas) (PTT Group) July 2024 - Aug.2025 ( 1 Year 1 Mounts) As the functional team consult, my role is to support team (O2C) - Configuration,Unit test,SIT,UAT,Functional design - SIT UAT BIZSIM Tested and custom SAP transactions to ensure proper functionality. - Created training documents and conducted training sessions for business users. - Delivered cutover and post go-live support to end users and fully resolved all SD issues Project S/4 HANA Migration ( Oil & Retail ) (PTT Group) August 2023 - October 2024 ( 1 year 2Mounts) As the functional team consultant, my role is to support projects related to sales and retail, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information, testing , training. Meet business processes and application requirements. Application management service SAP MM ,1 year and 8 months: As a SAP MM consultant for work under Helpdesk support, my role is to identify, clarify, and analyze customer's incidents upon incident assignment and provide solutions for customers. Such as - Project Interface PR PO Universal OVMS. My role is to lead in part MM (Purchasing) to get new requirements and design new processes , programs. - Project Data Migration Stock (WDS to AWN). My role is to lead in part MM (Purchasing and Inventory) for the design process and program.
