Managed human and IT resource budgets, while delivering critical business needs to multiple stakeholders. • Managed the complete SDLC and delivery of 100+ change requests in a calendar year for FTP and ALM reporting while controlling timelines, risks, quality, and financial, human, and IT resources. • Reduced the efficiency of the process by improving the ALM and FTP reporting processes by >80% and eliminating the infrastructure cost of the application for a year. • Managed business stakeholders in the CFO’s office, international end-users, multiple data providers, internal and statutory auditors, and IT vendors simultaneously.

The tenure with Aditi primarily involved learning the Five-Step Methodology in Software Product Development. The assignment was of using this methodlogy in creating a web-based version of a communication platform between the Business and Financial Brokers and Traders. Moreover, a training was completed on the importance of ergonomics and improvement of User Experience (UX) in software design.

The role included support of Consultants with on-site projects in USA. The support was for CA Infrastructure Management Applications. Subsequently, the role was for a Database support engineer for Ingres DBMS system at IIT Delhi, and NTPC Noida.

Studied MBA in IT Business management from 2007-2009 at Symbiosis Center for Information Technology. Was part of the placement committee. Prepared the best and the most sustainable business plan for a technology company. Lead multiple teams for academic and co-curricular projects and initiatives.
