Based on my experience from the advertising industry I have evolved SoftWorld to be the Nordic region's largest provider of courses in digital media. I work as a mentor for both my own instructors and a careful selected group of VIP customers. Additionally, I have written several books within digital strategy, online marketing and how organisations adapt to the digital changes and use it as a business advantage. With my own agency movingdigital.dk I along with my extensive team deliver solutions to companies that want to use the digital evolution and integrate it into the company's strategies. I started in 1992 as a graphic designer and have a great understanding of how branding works and how to attract a brand community that matches the companies strengths. As I have been self-employed since the age of 19 I now have over 2 decades of business experience in both still and turbulent water. As I have been in charge of a marketing- and sales driven training center, I also have many years of experience with management, business development and how to grow a company from zero to hero.
